Ford Truck Assembly Plant Redevelopment, Norfolk, VA
This project is located on East Indian River Road in Norfolk, Virginia. The future development plans include the demolition of several buildings and construction of 4 new structures. The new buildings include a 495,000 square foot building, a 405,000 square foot building, a 107,500 square foot building, and a 40,000 square foot building. All buildings have associated truck courts, trailer parking spaces and employee parking areas. There are also 3 stormwater management ponds planned for the project.
